1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ULF Learning ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Course Access & License

When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own individual learning. You may not share your login, resell, redistribute, or publicly post course materials.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to change course pricing at any time; price changes will not affect courses already purchased.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If a course isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. No Guarantee of Results

ULF Learning provides educational content to help you build practical AI skills. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, income, employment, or career results from completing a course. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: copy or redistribute course materials, attempt to access another user's account, use the site for unlawful purposes, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

8. Certificates

Certificates of completion are awarded upon meeting course completion requirements. Certificates reflect course completion only and are not professional certifications or accredited credentials.

9. Intellectual Property

All course content, video, text, graphics, and the ULF Learning brand are the property of ULF Learning and protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any course materials.

10. AI Chat Assistant

Our site includes an AI assistant ("Kai") that can answer questions and provide course recommendations. Kai's responses are generated automatically and, while we strive for accuracy, should not be treated as professional, legal, or financial advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

ULF Learning is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or courses.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
